At Mitresh Architects we believe that Design is not aesthetics alone. We believe design should be relevant to the site and its surroundings. We steer our design thought process taking into account the land profile, location, the surroundings and deliver suitable design solutions that are perfected to the location and client requisites.

Before we embark on our Design journey on the drawing table, we ask the pertinent question. “What is it that our client want?” “What do they envision?” We factor our client needs and desires and we are thus committed to designing viable schemes that benefit the client.

Our principal aim is to envisage a design that focuses on the basics. Spaces are designed in a way to harness natural light with maximum daylighting. Natural ventilation with ample cross ventilation is also priority. Hence we design buildings with least dependency on mechanical ventilation and thus creating buildings that are energy-efficient and sensitive to the environment.

Aesthetically, the space should radiate a sense of wellbeing, an aura that permeates the air, the quality of space is prioritized and positivity is the aim. How we position, how we sequence the spaces and the design element, it is not just about creating corners and putting together but sequentially harmonizing the spaces.

We believe in a hands-on approach working closely with our client. At the design level, many options are worked out, ideas exchanged, adapting and customizing design facets at every stage and thus finalize a design element that is a fitting tribute to the client needs, likes and style. In the process, there is a good balance of architect visions and client inputs which makes design envisioning a very rewarding experience.

We always aim to introduce the latest design trends and materials adapting them to local scenarios and look at cost-effective options when conceiving the design. This enhances the quality of design. Through good design we endeavor to create great value.

We firmly believe that the needs, desires and budget of the user or the client are of paramount importance. We understand this with constant interaction, exchanging ideas at every stage and all through the project lifecycle.

The idea germination of any project fires up from a thought or an idea which springs from the site or the user. We draw our design inspirations from local and traditional conceptions and materials and neatly blend and transform it into a present-day, modern design experience. And in a way cater to exactly what the client had in mind and elicit an inspiring response, 'Yes, this is it!'

Over time, our design journey has been experiential, theme-based, requisite-specific and we have created beautiful positive spaces that have rendered a dramatic effect and in essence carry an underlying storyline that unfolds with the unveiling of the structure.
