As a Practice, Mitresh Architects was started in the creative quest of distinction in design. The founding principles that steers the practice are that Architecture is a social art catering to the material and spiritual needs of people and is an understanding and reflection of the times.

Mitresh Architects embarked on its Architectural practice journey in 2002 in Bangalore. The practice features a neat mix of professionals with the knowhow and expertise pertinent to their industry.

During our formative years at Thomas Associates and Oger International, Paris, we have worked on large projects for builders in Bangalore like Prestige, Brigade, Puravankara and the likes.

As Le Corbusier says, ‘Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light.’ Over time, our design experiences have catered to a wide-ranging audience, which is evident in the Residential, Commercial and Institutional projects we have designed.

Though we have designed diverse buildings and engaged in varied projects, we specialize and take pleasure in working on residential and institutional projects. Our work repertoire includes private residences, weekend holiday homes in gated communities, apartments, schools , warehouses, factories, office and retail spaces. We also do extend our creative services to corporate and home interiors for select projects.

We are of the firm belief that the architect-client journey and interactions are entwined in the established norms of transparency, flexibility, in-depth involvement and personalized attention. And if there is like-mindedness, then the journey is pleasurable and we can successfully see the project to its fruition.

In our line of business, it is the troika of the client, architect and builder in unison that sees a project through completion. And therefore, as we go aboard, we understand client aspirations, cost-consciousness and budget considerations before project commencement.
